Hi guys Happy New Year and welcome to my 30 Day Transformation programme.

I hope you had an amazing Christmas and New Year Celebrations?

It's a new Year and a chance for a new start. The canvas is clean, and you can paint anything you want on it this year.

While I had some down time, I thought of a fun idea. I wanted to set you up to win big this year and make 2016 your best year yet.

So, I decided to put together a free coaching programme for you and each day I will be sending you 30 things that will transform your life and their teachings. All you need is 30mins each day for 30 days and they really couldn't be simplier. They are all geared towards your own empowerment, self development and self transformation. As well as making positive life changes in your life. Inspiring others to live a happier, healthier life. This is your 30 Day motivation boost for an amazing 2016.

Why 30 days?

Because science has shown and proven that it can take anything from 28-3o days to create a habit and make it stick, just like brushing your teeth. The super easy steps I will be sharing with you are so simple and easy to put into your own life and to continue and will shape your life and help you to create the life that you love and dream about.

Well today is the day to start transforming your life for the betterment of you and all around you.

3. Impement what I have mentioned today

Day 1:-

What Is It That You Want To Achieve This 2016?

What do you want to be doing?

Who do you want to be spending it with?

What would you like your life to look like, feel like?

This is a great way in finding out what YOU really want, not your family, not your friend, not your husband or neighbour, but what YOU want from your life.

Grab yourself a note book or a fresh sheet of paper and write down these questions above and write down your answers to each of them. Be 100% honest with youself, set yourself no-limits, if you can imagine it, it is possible and you can create it. So don't rule anything out if you don't feel confident enough that it will work.

Do this exercise without any thoughts on how it will happen and how you will achieve it. Just imagine what you want to happen in your life for this year, feel it as if you already have it in your life, or that you are doing it already and feel how this feels inside - it should be feeling good!

Spend the whole 30mins or longer adding to the list of things that you wish for. Once you have finished answering each of the 4 questions and read through each of your answers and with each answer imagine that you are already living your life this way, your already doing the things that you wish for, what does it look like? how do you feel? how does it smell?

Take the time to go through each of your answers and don't feel overwelmed by it either, just spend some time enjoying this moment of achieving what you want and having a direction to head towards and a goal that you want to achieve.
