In a coaching session you become accountable to yourself - you set the goals that only you know you can achieve.
A coach will never tell you what to do or solve the problem or issue for you. But they will support you to recognise your own strengths, knowledge and skills and how you can use them to produce a realistic solution to your issue.
You just need a willingness to shift or change behaviour, to create a life you desire. A desire to work on self-development, transformation and motivation.

Course of Action:
Booking a course of sessions are highly recommended such as course of 6 sessions you only pay for 5 sessions or a course of 12 sessions you only pay for 10 sessions, payed for upfront after initial consultation and chat.
