Please read our terms and conditions before booking and recieving any treatments from us.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
When becoming a client of Pure Bliss Holistic Therapies and Retreats you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.
Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
All Treatment and Therapy time includes consultation, refreshment, undressing and dressing before and after treatment.
Allow for some time after longer treatments to relax after to benefit from the therapy results and the relaxation benefits.
We will respond to your e-mail enquirers within 24 hours wherever possible.
If you are running late for your treatment time please contact us by phoning as soon as you know you are going to be running late. Your treatment(s) may have to be shortened and will be charged the full rate for the treatment(s) on departure. This is to avoid inconvenience for other clients on our schedule. If you are more than 15 mins late we may not be able to carry out your services and the full cost will be charged.
Please give at least 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both the therapist time and other clients who are on our waiting list. Giving this notice will enable us to reschedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give at least 24 hrs notice will result in 50% of the treatment(s) cost to be charged or 50% off the value of your gift voucher(s). No shows and less than 2 hours before treatment will result in Full charge of the appointment/s booked.
If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure. Please inform us as soon as possible if you need to change anything with your appointment before 24 hours to avoid disruption.
Course appointments missed or late cancellations will automatically be deducted from course records.
How To Cancel Or Change Your Appointment:
Cancellations should be made by phone (07599 884213) or by leaving a voice message on our voicemail to Kelly.
Any Gift Vouchers purchased are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. They are non-refundable.
Please check the expiry date on prepaid treatments or gift vouchers
You need to advise & present the gift certificate or discount voucher at the time of booking and Pure Bliss and Kelly Singh has the right to reject any booking if the voucher is not presented.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred.
You agree to keep your personal record held by us updated with your full contact details – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.
New Clients - Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment time to allow yourself time to complete our client details form and to enjoy your refreshment before the treatment starts.
You must discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding with your therapist and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. Certain conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments. For example, during pregnancy only specific pregnancy massage can be performed and not any other massages.
Confidentiality: All information disclosed by a Customer, the Company, its employees or agents in connection with products or services will be treated in confidence and shall be treated by Pure Bliss as confidential and shall not without prior written consent of the Company be divulged to any person other than (on a confidential basis) those persons to whom it is necessary to supply such information.
Payment: We only accept Cash or Cheque. And payment must be received either before or after Treatment before leaving. We do not accept cards or credit cards. If you would prefer a bank transfer, please contact Kelly Singh if this is possible.
Please allow enough time after treatment to relax as much as possible. Treatments are best booked on a quieter day so that you know you can enjoy the benefits afterwards.
On-going visits - If you have been to see us before, please arrive at least no earlier than 10 mins before your appointment time to settle in and relax and unwind, visit the bathroom before your booked appointment time. If you turn up at your appointment time, visits to the bathroom and unwinding will only enter into your treatment time, which only shortens your treatment. So please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked appointment time, to avoid any disappointment or loss of treatment time.
Home Retreats - Must be booked in advance and a deposit paid on the day of booking to hold the date and paid for in full 5 days before your home retreat, including any Therapies. Any cancellations of any services booked for your Home retreat will require a 48-hour notice. If this is not met in the required time full cost of the service will be taken as well as the deposit.
If you would like us to come to you, please state at booking and allow plenty of notice. Please be advised that there is a call out charge within the Henley-On-Thames area of £5 on top of treatments offered. Evenings are £10 on top of any treatments and If your location is out of our local area of travel, there will be an additional charge depending on distance and time needed to get to you or the location. Please contact us, to find out more.
Your mobile therapist may arrive up to fifteen minutes before the start of your treatment. This will allow them to set up the equipment.
Once the mobile therapist is in your house any significant time taken out to tend to deliveries, babies, pets or work that becomes a disturbance during the treatment will be taken off your treatment time.
If you are late for your treatment, your treatment time will be cut where necessary and full treatment cost will be charged.
Important Notice: Our therapists uphold strict professional and ethical standards. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of service. You will be liable for full payment of scheduled service. Therapists will refuse or terminate treatment if any of the following apply:
· Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments
· Broken skin or lesions
· Any medical conditions not mentioned at the time of reservation
The services offered are for female clients from 18 years of age but if any Male clients would like treatment Our Male Therapist will be happy to conduct the Therapy depending on the treatment.
Any Special Offers and Discounts of any kind and are subject to change without notice. All offers and any discounts are only valid for a short duration and are not set in stone.
