Hi all and welcome to Day 17 of my 30 day transformation programme.
I hope you are having a great day so far?
Today I wanted to talk to you about fear as fear has probably popped up from time to time since doing this program as well as any other time whenever you are trying to move forward and do something that is outside of your comfort zone.
We all suffer fear from time to time. But do you know what it is and how you can stop fear from affecting your progress and moving you forward without it.
There really is no hiding from fear. Actually, the only solution to overcoming fear is doing that thing which you fear. That’s it.
The best way to deal with it is to make fear your friend.
F.e.a.r is nothing more than False Evidence Appearing Real and until we understand that it is only our natural mechanisums keeping us safe. We can assess the situation and move forward without fear controlling our lives and stopping us from achieving our dreams.
So today I would like you to spend the time looking at the things that you fear, or experiences of fear that you have come across since doing this programme.
What did you do when you experienced the fear?
How did it feel?
And did it stop you from doing what you wanted to do?
Has it stopped you in the past?
What ways can you help reduce your fear and how you deal with it next time?
When we use fear to help us understand that we are just stretching us and changing. This is not a bad thing and positive things can come out of it. So taking the steps at managing fear will help you to move forward in achieving your goals as you know what it is, the feelings, the warning signs and will know how to deal with it.
So spend time answering the questions above and let me know in the comments below how you got on.
