Here at Pure Bliss, we do Facials differently. Our Facials are designed to work not only on the face but also on the body, mind, and spirit. These Facials will send you on a sensory journey of pure bliss and happiness.

We use only natural and organic skin care products that come from nature, "That Work," and we give your skin all the nutrients and vitamins it needs to stay healthy and radiant.

This facial is fully customised to your needs and concerns and includes a full-face double cleanse, tone, scrub, and massage of the neck, shoulders, and face, plus a full-face treatment mask and either a full head massage or hand and arm massage, included in the 60-90 minute facials.

What is The Customised Facial

Experience the rejuvenating effects of our customised facial, designed for all skin types and concerns. This treatment balances and harmonises your complexion, leaving your skin feeling cleaner, looking clearer, and appearing more refined. With targeted ingredients, it helps to unclog pores and promote a fresh, healthy glow. Enjoy a revitalised, harmonious complexion with every session!

It's 100% natural and can help balance the skin's natural moisture level and resurface the skin.

It also helps to prevent environmental stress damage like UV rays, pollution and chemicals and

stimulates the production of youth proteins. Revealing a healthier, radiant appearance.

This Customised Facial includes skin-loving ingredients that naturally brighten and

tones the skin. Using natural organic earth-sourced sustainable ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid,

Vitamins A, B3, C and E, natural antioxidants such as Green Tea, Turmeric, Q-10, co-enzymes,

amino acids, zinc oxides, Siberian herbs and minerals, Ginseng, Probiotics, Omega 3-6-9, Botanicals,

AHA's, essential fatty acids, plant-based super proteins, spirulina, chlorella, kale, hemp, Arctic Ashberry,

goto kola, goji berries, fruit extracts, flower extracts, pure organic essential oils.

These ingredients help enhance and plump the appearance of the skin, reducing tiredness and dullness.

It also helps fight declining elasticity by protecting the skin's elastin and collagen from harmful chemicals, biological threats, and UV light and rays.

Each facial can be created uniquely to your skin needs and concerns and is fully customised and includes a full face double cleanse, tone, scrub and massage of the neck, shoulders and face, as well as a full face treatment mask and either a full head massage or hand and arm massage included in the 60-90 minute facials.

Facials have become increasingly popular as more people realise the health and well-being benefits they offer.

Treatment Includes:

Discussion and consultation of your skincare needs and goals with your therapist

before your Facial.

Then lying face up on the comfortable facial bed and under warm, soft blankets and

sheets. The treatment will begin with a relaxing foot cleanse with hot mitts and

Thai reflexology on the feet helps balance and release stiff, tight hips for 60-90-minute treatments only.

And a full-face double cleanse, tone, and scrub using warm mitts throughout, plus a relaxing massage of the neck, chest, shoulders, and face, plus a full-face treatment mask and either a full head massage (with or without oil) or a hand and arm massage, included in the 60-90min facials. Then, finish with gentle toning, serums, and moisturisers around the face and neck area. Finish with a broad-spectrum SPF 30 to protect your skin from environmental, free radical, and UV damage after your relaxing facial. Hydrate and restore your skin to its natural health and nourishment.

When the facial has ended, you will be advised to take it slowly and to avoid rushing off to another appointment or any other commitments. We highly recommend booking a facial at the end of your day, if you can. To avoid rushing off to prior commitments, keep your diary clear after having this facial. Head home and benefit from the relaxing benefits of a facial. Drink plenty of water after your facial to keep your skin hydrated and nourished from the inside out.

If you can, please avoid wearing makeup after your facial. It's best to leave your skin free of makeup and other products until the following day. This allows the skin to breathe and benefit from the excellent products still being absorbed for the rest of the day.

Your therapist may offer advice on skin health and your personal skincare goals after your facial, if you would like.

A course of regular facials is highly recommended, and using products at home can help protect the skin and keep it looking healthy and radiant. To book a course of facials (3-6-9 or 12 sessions) for the best and most lasting results with Kelly, please click here to contact Kelly, discuss your budget, and set your skincare goals.

  • Severe acne

  • Severe eczema and psoriasis

  • Pregnant in the 1st trimester or planning a pregnancy

  • If you have waxed in the last 24 to 48 hours before or after your facial

  • Sun exposure the day before your facial can cause the skin to react to the facial

Hot Tips For Best Results Before Your Facial:

  • Give yourself plenty of free time before and after your facial. Avoid having a busy schedule and rushing off after your facial. Try to book your facial on a day off or at the end of the day, allowing plenty of time to get to your facial appointment time and ample time for you to relax back at home without the need to rush off anywhere, such as to the shops, to go back to work or to pick up the kids. Planning out the time is essential to get the best results from your facial.

  • Avoid going to the gym, sauna, steam or any intense exercise after your facial; please do this at least 3 hours before your facial

  • Book your massage before your facial

  • Avoid having a heavy breakfast, lunch or dinner at least 2 hours before your facial.

  • Leave your jewellery at home if you can.

  • Wear comfortable, loose clothing for your facial that is easy to change in and out of.

  • Avoid wearing make-up if you can. Come bare-faced so your therapist has a clean canvas to work on and can spend more time treating your skin. Especially any heavy, non-waterproof eye makeup, if possible. This will make your facial more relaxing and less intrusive around your eye area, as it will all need to be fully removed and will take up precious facial skincare time. Plus, any remnant of makeup on your skin can mix with the skincare ingredients in your facial and can cause a cluster of breakouts!

  • Avoid microdermabrasion and any retinol and glycolic acid products or treatments at least a week before your facial.

  • Avoid exfoliation of your skin for at least a week before your facial

  • Do not tan or burn your skin near your appointment for your facial

  • Avoid any facial waxing or laser treatment of your skin, such as eyebrows, upper lip or chin areas, for at least 48 hours before your facial

  • Bring a list of the skin care products you use at home so your therapist has all the information she needs.

  • Avoid booking your facial near a big event, i.e. the day before a wedding or special occasion. Book your facial at least 3-4 days before your event or special occasion to help prevent breakouts or skin flare-ups on your special day.

  • Think about your top skin concerns and your skin goals so your facials can include specific treatments and recommendations, if needed.

  • Feeling puffier than usual? Not sleeping well? Did you drink too much? Just back from a holiday, where you overindulged in holiday meals? Tell your therapist, and they can customise your treatment to your specific needs.

  • Avoid caffeine for at least 24 hours before your facial. This will help you feel more relaxed and allow your therapist to optimise your treatment and its benefits.

  • Drink plenty of water at least 48 hours before your facial to support optimal results by hydrating the skin from within, which can improve the appearance of your skin. Helping remove toxins can help your skin stay clear and radiant.

  • Facials aren't a fast fix, so I always recommend a course of facials to maintain healthy, toxin-free skin.

How Often Should You Get a Regular Rebalancing Facial?

At least once a month or every six weeks. Your skin is doing different things depending on the season and your lifestyle. Your skin cell turnover cycle is about 28 days, so getting a professional facial once a month or every six weeks helps ensure you are getting the best treatment for your skin.

Making time for regular facials every 4-6 weeks helps train your skin and keep your complexion in shape. Skin cells like routine and respond well.

Booking a facial course is highly recommended if you have a specific skin care goal or issue, or if you want the benefits of regular facials for your skin and well-being. Kelly offers courses of 3, 6, 9, or 12 sessions, depending on your budget and goals. To book a course of sessions, please contact Kelly to find out more...
