Health and Wellness Coaching is a powerful form of life coaching that approaches every aspect of a person's life - body, mind and spirit, in relation to the whole. It helps us improve different areas of our lives, including work, friendships, personal development, intimacy, well-being, and family. It also helps you to access your full potential, make transformational changes and give meaning to daily living. It is unique in its understanding of the strain that chronic stress and a lack of meaning can place on an individual.

A health and wellness coach will help you function in ways that promote emotional wellness throughout your life, including your body, mind, and spirit. As well as assisting clients to overcome and manage their stress, anxiety and mood disorders.

What To Expect In A Health and Wellness Session:

 

During a session, a coach’s only purpose is to work with the client on the client’s personal growth and the objectives they have set together.

​

A health and wellness coach will offer a heart-centred, solution-focused approach to shifting and transforming difficult issues in your life. It is meant to provide you with a partner (your coach) and tools to help you overcome a struggle or block in your life. Coaching helps you make big shifts in your life using a very specific plan.

 

 

A Health and Wellness coaching session comprises a variety of specific therapeutic techniques and approaches, all designed by an experienced coaching therapist to offer simple, efficient ways to support clients in finding transformation in their lives. 

​

Health and Wellness Coaching helps clients strengthen their relationships with themselves, with their sense of belonging and purpose in the world, and with their families and others. It is based on reconnecting the person with themselves and loving themselves.

 

Helping the client connect to and identify difficult emotions, align with their own authentic self and wisdom, and resolve deep issues in a safe environment.

The client can come back into alignment with their truth instead of believing false and limiting beliefs that we so often believe are the basis of anxiety, depression, guilt, and shame.

In Health and Wellness Coaching, you commit to an established program with a definite start and endpoint, whether it is several sessions or a period of time. Coaching programs also offer meditations and typically require homework for you to do between coaching sessions. When you work with a health and wellness life coach, you will get to the root of what is bothering you pretty quickly and receive tools to start implementing changes in your life.

Course of Action:

​

Booking a course of sessions is highly recommended, such as 3, 6, or 12 sessions, where you can save on each session by paying upfront after the initial consultation and chat.

​

All sessions can be one-to-one in Kelly's therapy room in Henley-on-Thames or online via Skype, Zoom, or over the phone.
