Back Care Awareness Week, organised by the BackCare Charity, aims to highlight the importance of understanding, preventing, and managing back pain. Keep reading as I provide practical tips to help you take better care of your back while working.

 

Here are some health tips to keep your back healthy and prevent pain and bad posture. Make sure to take regular breaks if you sit for prolonged hours—stand up, stretch, and move around every 30 minutes. If you stand for long periods, try shifting your weight from one foot to the other and use a footrest to relieve pressure. Remember, maintaining good posture sitting and standing can significantly impact your overall health and digestion. Share these tips with anyone who might benefit from them!
