Back Stretches

To honour Back Care Awareness Week on Monday, 6th to Saturday, 11th October 2025. I am sharing some of my favourite back-stretching exercises that I use, which could also help you. Here are some of my favourite easy back stretches you can incorporate into your daily routine to maintain a healthy and flexible back while preventing pain and tension. Stretches promote increased flexibility, strength, and better posture. Give them a try for yourself, or send this page to loved ones who spend long hours sitting or standing. Your back will thank you!
