Our Deep Sleep Massage Therapy session involves you being able to fully let go, to fully relax and feel comfortable, in a peaceful, warm and cosy room laying on a unique heated memory foam massage bed that allows you to fully sink into the bed allowing all your muscles and bones to be fully supported and aligned and to allow deep relaxation that you have never felt before. With warm comfortable fluffy blankets and dreamy sleep music and natural subtle aromatherapy oils that help you to drift off to a natural state of relaxation and sleep.

The therapy includes a deep sleep aromatherapy head massage, face, neck and shoulder massage to melt away any tension and pain and a dreamy foot sleep reflexology massage that both help the body to naturally release the sleep and happy hormones that are needed for deep sleep and healing.

It gives great Sleep and also relieves Anxiety. The therapy uses the principle of deep contact pressure to stimulate every pressure point on the body, which not only helps to raise the levels of serotonin and melatonin, but helps people to enter the quality deep sleep state more quickly.

What to Expect in a Sleep Massage:

Your practitioner will ask a few questions before your Sleep Massage and will use an appropriate sleep inducing relaxing pure organic Aromatherapy oil blend to get you into the relaxed state of rest and relaxation.

You will then lay facing up on your back on the massage bed and receive a deeply relaxing sleepy head massage, face, neck and shoulder massage with a relaxing pressure point massage, to calm your mind and reduce stress.

Then a deeply relaxing sleepy foot reflexology massage to the feet to finish your blissful sleep massage.

At the end of the treatment you will be given a relaxing oil and a relaxing herbal tea to use at home to continue the sleep benefits.
