Wellness is a responsible relationship between your body and yourself. The way we live has a great impact on our health and wellbeing. How we sleep, eat, move, relax and socialise, either keeps body and mind in a state of vitality ; or creates an imbalance with repercussions on our health.

The goal of World Wellness Weekend (WWW) is to inspire and empower people to make healthier choices and enjoy an active lifestyle with family & friends. The current health situation around the world reminds us how important it is to have a strong immune system and to be healthy and well.
World Wellness Weekend will be celebrated by 5,000 properties from over 120 countries. Inspiring participants to use joy to motivate living a healthier lifestyle instead of the fear that can often be found in the news and world reports. While the fear of illness might inspire some to develop a healthier lifestyle, according to World Wellness Weekend, studies show that lifestyle changes made from a place of joy instead of fear tend to become longer lasting or even more permanent than those started out of fear. The goal of World Wellness Weekend is to remind participants while many consider health a relationship between body and doctor, wellness is a relationship between body and mind.

RELAXING YOGA AND MEDITATION SESSIONS:
During the weekend I will be offering free online 20 min yoga classes on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th at 9am and Live Relaxing 20 min Mediation Sessions at 7pm on both days. To book your slot, please contact Kelly before Friday 18th September to secure your place.
RELAXING HOLISTIC THERAPIES, TREATMENTS AND COACHING:
I will be also opening my therapy room doors for the weekend offering Massages, Facials, Crystal Healing, Reiki, Chakra Energy Healing, Ayurvedic Therapies as well as Holistic Coaching, Stress Management, Life Purpose Coaching and Holistic Counselling. Which can all be received online also, apart from Massage and Facials. All of my therapies and services that are booked on the Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th will receive 20% off all therapies and services received on these 2 days. From 10am till 6pm.

My husband, Nutritional Therapist and Coach Ravi Singh will also be offering a free 15 min private online or on the phone nutritional consultation throughout the weekend. So if you have any personal questions or quires about supplements, boosting your Immune System naturally as well as your families for the winter months ahead, what foods to eat and avoid etc... then get booking your place as places are limited.
