Today we are exploring what lights you up. What makes you happy and what do you love doing?
We all have something deep down inside that we just love doing or wish we could do, something that we are passionate about and that lights us up from within.
But what is yours?
What are you passionate about?
What do you love?
What do you love doing?
Take some time here to think about what you love doing and what makes you happy. It can be anything from something small to something big. Whatever it is, as long as it makes you feel good.
When we feel good we feel more positive, more optimistic, more focused, more determined to succeed and more loving and open to all possibilities.
Knowing what lights you up will set you forward on your path, follow you bliss everyday and make you life's plans around your passion's.
Take out 30 minutes out of you day and focus on the things that make you happy, what you are passionate about and what makes you feel good.
Feeling good is what we all need to re-evaluate where we are going, our goals and what we truly want in our hearts, not what others want for us, or what we need to do for others. We need to start with ourselves first and aim towards the feeling and the actions that help us in achieving our dreams, not dreams of others.
