Day 4 - 30 Day Transformation

Hi all,

Welcome back to day 4.

I hope you have been having an amazing first week of the year so far?

How's it been shaping up for you so far?

Your been busy so far making your plans and taking the small steps needed to move forward in achieving them. Well done you. You should be tapping yourself on the back and appreciating all that you are doing so far.

Today i'm going to crack on, as you are still taking your small steps each day. I want you to look at how it might feel once you have achieved what you are aiming for?

I want you to imagine what your life would look like with this or these things that you want in you life? What will your life now look like?

And to really sit back and imagine yourself as if you already have these things, items and dreams already fulfilled and in your life right now. What would your life look like? What would you be doing now that you have your goals achieved? Where will you be going? who will you be seeing? How will you be feeling?

When we look at what we want and imagine that we already have what we already want in our lives and that we have already achieved them. Having the feelings and the vision of having it already can help you achieve your goals much faster as your subconcious mind believes what ever you tell it. It doesnt know if you have it already or not. But if you imagine having it now and living the life you want to be living, it is proven to make your dreams a reality much faster than focusing on what you don't have and what you don't want.

What ever you focus on you will get, its that simple.

So just spend the next 30 minutes imagining that you have all that you wish for right now in your life and that you are living it.

When you include feelings, emotions, smells, touch and images this will all make it more real and will increase the effectiveness and speed of you getting it.

This technique I use a lot in my coaching and therapy practice here in Henley and its so powerful, if done correctly and specificully it can work miracles.

I have writen many books about this but my most popular book which includes all of these teachings is my "Let Love In" which is all about creating the life of your dreams through this method as well as many more, which can stratisfer you to ultimate success.

You can check it out on my website if you want to delve in deeper into this practice, as it is a practice and will take time to master, especially if you find it hard to visulise.

I can also guide you through this process through my Transidental Meditations and in one of my one-to-one coaching sessions where we work a lot on strengthening your visulisation muscles in the brain and transport you to success.

So take the time to practice this and focus on your intention and waht it is you want to achieve and the feelings and emotions you have about having it now.
