Day 3 - 30 Day Transformation

Hello, and welcome to day 3 of my jumpstart series of 30 day transformation!

Can you believe that we are already 6 days into the New Year already?

I truly love this time of year, it's an amazing time for us all to feel refreshed and new and to start again, a new slate and with a new direction. And today we will be continuing this journey of creating and working towards your new path of transformation.

Today we will be look at the people around you and the help that they can offer us to reach our goals and our dreams for this 2016.

Let's get things going today as i'm fired up, hope you are too?

Day 3

Congratulations for completing day 2 yesterday and making steps towards reaching your dreams for this new year. You're doing so well, just remember it takes small, small steps to make a big change, so do the steps each day adding something more can help you to move things forward.

Today we are going to move it even more forward with your dreams and goals and by looking at what you did yesterday, we are now going to answer the question below. This will help you to move even more further and help you to delegate what is needed, as you may know, we can't do everything ourselves. We need others to help us along, people that have experience, knowledge and expertise in the areas that we do not have.

So find 30 minutes in your day today and look through the things you want to achieve from Day 1 and what you actioned yesterday, on day 2 also and answer this question:

Who can help me to achieve my goals?

Do you know of people that can help you to achieve your dreams and goals?

If you do, who are they and what can they do to help you to move forward and make things happen?

For example: If your goal is to lose weight and to have more energy, you might want to meet with a qualified Fitness Instructor once a week to help you to shift any excess weight over the Christmas season that you might of put on. Or you might want to book a qualified Nutritionist to help you with a detox program or a healthy eating menu plan to set up healthy eating habits.

You would have to contact these people to help you to move forward. Without their help, you will find it incredibly hard to succeed at what you want.

So take the steps needed and get in contact with others who can help, it could also be a close friend who wants to help you and keep you motivated and on track, by letting them know what your plans are, you are more likely to succeed and achieve your goals quicker.

So take a 30 min break and go through your list and get in contact with those people and take the steps to get yourself on that programme, on that session, class, workshop. Whatever it may be. Take the steps now to take you closer to achieving your goals.
