Each day I am bringing you 30 powerful daily coaching teachings and techniques that you can easily use everyday over 30 days in 30 mins to make your 2016 an amazing year and a year where you can achieve your goals and aspirations by following my step-by-step programme.

If you want to make 2016 the best year so far, you cannot allow your current circumstances define what's possible for you this year.

Yesterday you answered the questions that I asked you to answer and you worked out what you wanted this year to achieve and have in your life. So that you where clear as to what you wanted to have in your life and something for you to aim for.

Today, we get clear on what we can do starting from today to make your goals and wishes happen for you. And inspire the heck out of you and get you super jazzed for what's to come this year.

Day 2 - Making Your Dreams come true

Now that you have what you want for the rest of 2016 all written down from yesterdays exercise. (If you haven't yet, this is a great time to do it now)

Having a look at each of the things that you want to have in your life and achieve this 2016 may seem quiet daunting. But it doesn't have to be. It can be super easy if you let it.

The best way to take your goals and dreams that you stated is to not look at it like a huge mountain, it won't happen over night, which you know.

It will take time and effert to accumplish anything that you want in life and it always has if you look back at you past achievements.

With each dream we can chunk it down into small manageable chunks that are so much easier to manage and digest. Plus you are more likely to achieve you goals and quicker if you have a plan in sight and a map to get to your destination. Everything takes steps. So today we are taking the 1st few steps needed to move you forward to achieving your dreams and goals. I want you to look at your list that you made yesterday and decide on 2 or 3 things that you would like to start making happen today.

Answer the question below on each of the 2 or 3 things you feel happy with starting with today...

What can you do starting from today to make your goals and dreams for 2016 happen?

What steps can you take starting from today? It could be making a phone call, researching something online to help you move forward, like that course you always wanted to do, order something that you need like a book that can help you, call that person that might be able to offer advice or start the ball rolling.

It's taking easy and small steps everyday over the course of the next 30 days to make things happen.

Nothing will ever happen without taking the steps forward. So it may feel out of your comfort zone, but thats a good thing as you are stretching yourself and growing. So by taking small steps will make the whole process much easier and easier for you to manage.

Try it on all of your dreams and goals eventually, but for today start with just 2 or 3 and let me know how you got on, how it felt and what steps you have taken today after doing this exercise.
